***Naomi's POV***
The clarity in the room stirred me out of my sleep. The sun peaked out from behind the hills, and the stormy clouds from yesterday were gone entirely. Toss here, roll there, unable to fall asleep again.
Matt filled my mind. What kind of man leaves a woman hanging after telling her he wants her? I was a little hurt even, but maybe it was for the best. I would have made it too easy on him.
After the heated event in the kitchen, I
retrieved myself to the guest room and had a long soothing shower, but now I had nothing to dress. The clothes from yesterday had my aroused scent, which if I put them back on, I will cause every unmated male in this packhouse to want to claim me as his.
