The morning had started chaotic, and the afternoon wasn't going to be any quieter. More events were happening in the last two days than in the previous two years of my life.

***Mathew's POV***Jax bursts open the Emergency Room doors at the pack's Hospital, creating a way for us to carry Naomi and Luke's unconscious forms through it. An antiseptic smell immediately swarms my nostrils as my eyes survey the room, looking for the medical teams I had requested through the mind-link before our arrival. Five stretchers lined with white sheets were equally spaced in the ER's east and west walls framing the nurses' station, which sat in the center. Each bed was separated by a blue paper-like curtain that stopped one foot away from the floor. Our outburst startled the nurses attending to the patients in the occupied cubicles.-"Alpha, over here."
