27- Expect The Unexpected PT:1

KAIRI POV:

I never felt so at peace in my life. Not even when I was with Rhys and that’s when I knew, that this, this was right.

I woke up to Niky humming a sweet tone and rubbing my bare back. I openned my eyes and saw the curtains of our bedroom. He must have carried me to the bed last night, it would have been uncomfortable for both of us to sleep on the couch, no matter how much I would have wanted to sleep on his chest.

I looked up at him and he was just looking down at me, watching me sleep.
