The strappy maid's eyes narrowed when the silence enveloping the corridor in the middle of the night was broken by a sound.

"Who could be here this late?!" She thought. Turning her head to the left, she said in her mind, "It couldn't be that b*tch Kayla?! I have beaten up so much that she would be taking years to get out of the room!"

Skyla came out of her hiding spot and stood in the center of the corridor exposing herself to the maid. The sudden stoppage of the maid while walking made Skyla break out in the cold sweat. "She heard me!" Skyla thought.

The maid turned around to see who it was. All this while Skyla had been listening to her heart.
