Chapter 15

Audrey:

"Audrey, are you okay?" Seth questioned after he had finished cleaning up the alpha's wound along with the pack's doctor.

He cleaned the beads of sweat on his forehead and heaved deeply.

"I'm fine. What about you?"

He nodded his head in response.

"Is he going to be alright?" I asked Seth, my eyes staring at alpha Valentino on the bed. I could as well feel the steady beating of his heart. He was definitely okay.

"He's a lycan after all, he'll be fine before you know it." He said.

Lycan heals faster, no matter how deep the cut, or how bad the wound, they always survive and heal very fast unlike normal Alpha.

"What happened?"

"I still don't know. Hopefully, he'll tell me what really happened when he wakes up." He turned around and gazed at the wall clock hung on the wall in the alpha's room.

"You should get some sleep Audrey, how's the…."

He paused and stared down at my abdomen.

"Oh it was nothing earlier as well. I think it was only something bad I ate reacting to my stomach." I
