Chapter 93

*****Author's POV*****

The next day, Erika was discharged and taken back to the packhouse. Lavinia saw it was time to talk to her about her baby and she decided to visit her room.

When she arrived at the door, she did a few pep talks before knocking on the door. Erika didn't reply, but Lavinia didn't give up either.

"I know you're in there!" She yelled, hoping for a good response.

"Go away!" Erika yelled out in return, sending her away even before she could say another word.

Lavinia dragged In deep breaths before pushing the door open and walking into the room.

“I told you to go away,” Erika yelled irritated, wishing that Lavinia would listen to her and go away.

She hugged her pillow tighter, pulling it over her face. She knew just what Lavinia came here for and she wasn't ready to listen to her.

Was it so hard for them to let her keep her child?

She was just hoping that if she ignored Lavinia long enough she would leave her.
