Chapter 53

*****Elvira's POV*****

I opened my eyes to the white ceiling of my new room, the room I was now sharing with the twins. I sat up on the bed to flex my cramped muscles, before looking around, in search of my mates.

"Where are they?" I asked Dahlia and she sighed, "They left." She returned and I frowned.

I thought they would stay the moment I fell asleep, but I guess they're busy Alphas and would need to attend to pack's duties.

I climbed out of bed and made my way to use the bathroom. Afterwards, I walked out of the bathroom and into the room.

"Maybe we should go downstairs." I said, but Dahlia abolished the idea.

"Sleep, El. You've been stressed these past few days and you need sleep." She encouraged me and I nodded.

She was right, I needed a lot of rest, but I just couldn't sleep after the rest I just had now. My mates could be hurting because of the death of their mother.
