Alexei's Secret (Conclusion)

Leo is too shocked to react but Alexei is not going to harm him. Instead, the golden creature is looking at the bodies which lay at his feet. He killed all the soldiers with his bare hands. The witch tried to use his magic but it is of no use against Alexei’s real form. He easily decapitated the witch and killed him in an instant.

Now their corpses lay at his feet. Yet, the hatred is still burning within him.

Leo transforms back into his human form and grabs clothes from one of the guards before giving them to Alexei. The latter takes a look at the boy who is only a couple of years older than him with dark hair and a stoic expression. He recognizes the boy as Leo, the son of a former guard.
