An Inquisition (2)

Dmitri’s insides are boiling but he masks his disdain with a poker face. He wants to kill everyone in the room with his bare hands but this is not the time. Eduard is finally coming.

A tall man enters the room followed by Venus. The man is oozing a cruel aura, his bloodlust filling the whole room. He is wearing fine silk garments with a large crown on his head. The arrogant man strides into the room with a fake pride which sickens Dmitri.

The crown on his head is glittering under the bright lights. It is made of pure white gold with several sapphires attached on the border. In the middle is a large pink diamond, the rarest gem in the world. It was made by Emperor Petyr Visserion for himself and then it was passed to his son, Nikolai.

Now, Nikolai’s murderer wears it.
