What did I feel after lying to Olive about Aaron?

I felt worst.

I felt an overwhelming sense of guilt after deceiving Olive about Aaron.

It was a terrible feeling, knowing that I had taken advantage of her memory loss just to keep her by my side.

Despite my remorse, I didn't want to dwell on it.

I convinced myself that sending her away from the Lycan Alpha was the right decision.

“Haa…” Taking a deep breath, I glanced around the hall where I currently found myself.

I was attending a meeting with the Elders from various Packs, as my father couldn't be there. The main topic of discussion was Lycan Aaron, who had tragically taken the life of the Beta's daughter, Helen.

“Was he not in his right mind? Why did he kill someone without a reasonable excuse?”

“I heard that Helen tried to take advances to Lycan Aaron.”

“It was disrespectful for Lycan Aaron because he was wedded with his Luna already.”

“However, it wasn’t right to just kill Helen. He could have just puni
