CHAPTER HUNDRED AND THREE

After a while I could hear loud cheers of people and the buzzer sound of the ambulance. I wasn't fully unconscious. I was fully aware of everything going on around but before then the person had taken something from the car. I couldn't decipher who it was exactly but I was too weak to speak nor act. I looked at Nick and Lovren and they were out of the equation already. I could sense that they were no longer conscious and that made me feel sad. Who was this man? I thought, if it was the maniac’s doing then he would have captured us alive or would have finished us right on the spot but this person only took the map and disappeared before everyone gathered and the ambulance was called, this was beyond my reasoning and I was too weak to continue thinking.

“Fee their pulse, they’re alive, put them on first aid care” were the words that I could hear as we were being taken into the ambulance, but after a while my consciousness went off in the ambulance and I couldn’t feel anything anymore.
