CHAPTER THIRTY-SIX

I rushed back into the mansion and then to our bedroom.

I sat down reminiscing on everything, while breathing in and out continuously. This was scary but what did Carolina do to my mind, why was I seeing another lady that night when it was Carolina all the time?

I don't mind waiting for hours but I was ready to wait for Nick to come back into the bedroom….. I adjusted my clothes as I waited for him.

"Dennis are you still awake, I thought you'd be asleep by now, " Nick said the minute I entered and noticed I was still up, he kept his jacket on the sofa and sits on the bed beside me

"What happened, why do you look so arranged and awake by this time, did something happen or did I do something wrong again this time…. you can always tell me, I am ready to change my ways if that is what you want just talk to me" he said.
