Too much to ask for

We got to the car park and Andro was already sitting behind the car wheel, waiting for us to come.

"You ready?" He asks when he saw us coming, bringing his head out of the car window..

"Let's go"

Andrei helps me into the car even though I told him that I didn't need any help and there was really no need for him to. I mean we were both in the same car and we got into the accident together. Why was he acting like I was about to die or something? I won't break if he lets go of me.

After being certain we were all okay, well mostly me because I think they expect me to actually break down or something due to trauma because the last car accident I was in killed my parents and almost killed me and I got traumatized by that as a child.
