JACKSON’S POV

“I can’t believe am going to be a dad”, I exclaim happily, my tears threatening to fall but I embraced them and let them flow as I couldn’t hide my happiness.

“You… you aren’t angry or mad at me?”, maya asks me in disbelief.

I frown at her words and shake my head placing the reports on the table beside us. Cupping her face in my palms I kiss her forehead and rub her cheeks with my thumb.

“No, why would I be mad at you baby?”, I tell her softly.

“If someone have right to be mad then it’s you not me”, I tell her sighing, guilt crawling in my chest making me hate myself more for the way I treated her.

“no, am not mad, am happy, jack”, she tells truthfully as I see tears forming in her eyes again.

“no, don’t cry, please forgive me for the dick I was, I swear I will love you and our baby a lot, I will try to be a good husband and will treat you with respect you deserve”, I tell her genuinely.

“I love you too, I know you will be the best dad”, she tells with full confi
