Her lips fluttered but she could not reply, was he serious now?
She waited for him to say it was a joke but Blake just stared at her; her gaze fluttered.
''Um... '' she looked at her fingers, hesitating a little;
''don't mind me, I was only joking.” He smiled and pinched her cheeks, taking her hand; he led her out of the room. He didn't want to hear her refuse him, and he didn't want to make her uncomfortable.
Maybe she wasn't sure of her emotions yet, the last thing he wanted to do was force her. He was going to wait, as long as it took, to make her love him wholly, and without a second thought.
Evie stared at his back as they walked out of the house. She wanted to move in with him but not immediately, they were shooting a video now, and moving in together would affect the response to the video.
