There was no single reason for me to anticipate happiness even in the next minute of life. I was being prepared to live with the most inhumane person I had ever before. This was the most realistic nightmare ever.

I hated drugs and the sight of the transparent bottle full of some purple tablets on the table almost made me puke. But an idea struck my mind.

I kept hoping I would one day see Rotimi again. I loved him for his cheerful attitude, always optimistic. I wished the universe would just keep him alive for my sake. Even if we had to meet in heaven, it would still be fine.

We had a business to finish together. A week had elapsed and I regained my senses. Once in while mum had come and for the few minutes she stayed I wished she couldn't have came.

My dad and my uncle were my regular visitors, they came to insult and threaten me. Lyza was the most caring person ever but I had learnt that she worked for Clemont Hill. What she sold me were pieces of fake hope and I had to buy them
