“This is all you should know about him." Victor pushes a file towards Jace. He stared at the file for a few seconds before he picked it up and started going through it.

After a while he spoke, “Why is there nothing much about him?"

“I couldn't find anything else, I think he's living a private life," Victor replied.

Jace didn't say anything and just stared back at the file.

“You can leave," he said, breaking the silence which recently erupted in the room. Victor bowed his head slightly before walking away.

Jace was still staring at the file. “Darren Jones," he mumbled. He's a Londoner and recently, he enrolled in the same school as Constance.

Darren is the same guy who was close to Constance back in London. Jace was jealous about their sudden closeness and that was why he quickly cut short their honeymoon.
