Constance's point of view:

We rushed to the hospital. When we arrived at the private ward, I saw the rest of the family. Victor was also there. The female members of the family are already crying. Ryan and Kevin just stood at a corner, I'm sure they were hurt by what happened just like Jace but they held their tears.

Well, my fragile heart couldn't hold back the tears that fell off my eyes. I had been crying throughout the drive to the hospital. My husband was trying to calm me down, he said that nothing will happen to grandfather. Victor said that he's in the operation room and the doctors gave their word that they are going to save him. But still I wasn't at peace, my heart was still racing. I will only believe that grandfather is okay until I see him with his eyes open and staring at me.
