Two Weeks Later. At Callum's House.

After Callum ensured that the contractors had laid the foundations of the four bedroom detached duplexes, he returned to the city. His wife was glad to see him, and she inquired, “What kept you so long, my dear?” Callum smiled and explained, “Just like I said over the phone, I stayed back to ensure that there would be no attack on mama from any quarters.”

Now, his wife, who would welcome any excuse that was connected with her mother, was convinced, and she pressed on, “You are right. I fear the chief priest and his fetish practices. I hope he did not summon mama to the shrine?”

“I'm glad that you saw reasons with me. He attempted to do that, but Uncle Emma intimidated him.”
