Monica's pov

While in exile....

We had almost finished our work in the mines, and we were gathering our tools in order to keep down and return to our cell. I was already exhausted at the moment that we had finished.

I had tried to remember the discussion that I had with the starnge gaurd that caught me and my friend, but I would not try to get into it fully as I would not be sure if he was into me.

The only thing that remains a fact is that falling in love or getting a new mate will be impossible for me nowadays, as I consider that almost as important for me at the moment.

What was all in my mind was only how to face reality, as I have seen it already, and it is not going to be easy considering what I have put myself into.

Since I entered the black market prison, I have always been watched closely, and it seems that I am their most valuable prisoner there, but what will I do if they think it is like that?
