CHAPTER 94

~3RD PERSON'S POV~

“Well, that escalated really quickly,” Angela said softly. All four girls sat quietly in the room, thinking about what had happened to Gabriella and Clarabelle.

“Where do you think Clarabelle went?” Valerie asked, turning to Marie.

“I'm… not sure. Clarabelle was very secretive about her past. Each time we tried to talk to her about her background, she would always find a way to change the topic. After a while, we stopped trying to find out. So, we don't know where she came from or who her parents are. All we know is that she was our friend,” Marie replied. The sad expression on her face could not be seen as she still had her blindfold on, but it was very evident in her voice that she was really hurt.

Christine rested her head quietly on Marie's thighs as tears rolled out of her eyes. Her heart was still in shock, and she couldn't speak or do anything else but cry.

“Christine, it's okay. I'm sure Clarabelle is fine wherever she is. You need to stop crying
