“That reminds me, why did you not respond to my message that day?”

“I was cross with you," Nichole responded, while Arthur laughed and admitted, “I know. You were too lenient to have joined me home after the marriage.”

“Good. Now that you have mentioned it, I would like to know. Why were you silent all through the drive home?”

“I did not have an idea of what to tell you, and I was afraid that I may say something that would anger you. I just wanted you by my side.”

They laughed ecstatically, and Nichole hinted, “Your silent was like a dagger; stabbing me all through the trip.”

He pulled her nose and inquired, “I apologize. I hope I have made it up to you?”

“Certainly. I love you, Arthur.”

“I love you too.”

In all, they had a blissful weekend and on Monday morning, they returned to Dover and began their marriage processes.
