“Tell me it's a dream Qwen" Melo cried, leaning on her best friend.

“Unfortunately, it's not” Qwen replied.

“The same fate has befallen us” she added and Melo sniffed.

All these years of waiting for Ricky to finally make her his Luna, all these years of dedicating her life, her heart, and her body to him… He chose a slave over her.

She was heartbroken, bitter, and resentful. She would never forgive Ricky or that slave for humiliating her in the way that they did.

Drying her tears, she looked up at Qwen.

“I will not fold my arms and let everything I have worked hard for just disappear into thin air like this” she stated, filled with rage and envy.
