Aden’s height, if compared to mine, was towering, but I stood before him with the effrontery and audacity of a brave mouse challenging a cat to a duel.

“I was following orders.” He said with his head bowed before me.

“You should have killed them. No one asked you to kill them.” I said with a stern voice.
