EPISODE THIRTY-SEVEN

Arriving at Tyler’s apartment, Emily discovered that nothing was out of place. Looking from outside, she could see that the lights in his apartment were off and that he might not be home.

On her way here, she decided to tell Tyler about the green pearl. She was already hiding so many secrets, and she was not comfortable with that anymore.

She brought out her phone and dialed his number, but he did not answer. She called his number a second time, but there was still no response from his end.

Thinking of what to do, she decided to return home before her absence would raise more dust. "I think I should get back home; everything seems fine around here," she murmured.

However, as she turned to take her leave, another text entered her phone. She reluctantly brought out her phone from her pocket to see that the text was from one of the twins.

On seeing who the text had come from, she sighed and opened it. It read. ‘Go in; you might just be quick enough to save him.
