Eric and Diana Part 2

Diana shook her head to stop remembering her sad past with Eric.

She knew Eric had been avoiding her for a while now. At the Gala, she saw he made an effort to avoid eye contact.

"I guess you can't run from me now Eric," she said and smiled.

Eric was in his office thinking about his past with Diana. He had done her wrong in the past and had felt guilty all this time.

He made an effort to avoid her on so many occasions. She was one of the reasons he avoided going to the Asian Gala for two years.

Phoebe entered and called him three times but his mind was preoccupied. He came back to reality when he heard a knock.

"What?" he yelled. Phoebe was startled but remained calm and said "Here are the reports on the designs you asked us to do "

"Good, leave them behind and get out" he instructed. Phoebe didn't like the way he spoke to her she made an attempt to say something but was shut down.
