Inheritance Part 1

Eric’s POV

I couldn’t believe she broke her promise to me. I knew who she met up with, but still, I expected her to tell me.

I didn’t really care who she had to meet. I knew she wouldn’t cheat on me whatsoever, but every time she wasn’t close, my anxieties rose up. I couldn’t sleep for fear of her disappearing on me. That thought kept me up all night.

I never agreed for her to move out, but Phoebe was very independent. She hated the idea of not being able to do things her own way.

Surprisingly, I found it attractive. Honestly, I believed she would have told me everything if she had remembered in the first place.
