Flashing multicolored lights flash through my eyes as I wake up with my head resting on Daniel's broad shoulder, his arm around my waist, it's so unexpected that I jump up, nearly bumping my head into his chin. He moves super-fast, with the reflexes his wolf provides, and I narrowly miss my head.
