I knocked gently on kheera's door and the door pulled open immediately .

We hugged and she invited me in .

" How are you ?" I asked gently swallowing the urge to ask her questions about how her meeting with Tracy went.

" I'm fine .....why are you here this late ?" She asked pouting her mouth.

" Am I not allowed to come see my wife to be ?" I asked teasing her and she smiled .

" Come on, you know that's not what I meant ...you didn't call or text me so it's just unusual ".

I kept quiet and just stared at her blankly .

" Is it about Tracy?" She asked and I nodded gently .

" You em ....said you wanted to speak to her first before telling me anything so I just wanted to find out how it all went ".

She sighed gently after listening to me .

She drew me closer and brought my face to hers .
