Chapter 96. Lerisa's final engagement ceremony

"Oh my God! MOM! They're here," Lerisa was nervous as she knew the multiple cars arriving at her father's house were Remy and his uncles.

"Yes. Calm down. Let me go and attend to them. I will send for you," Mrs. Antonia said. She turned and exited her daughter's room.

Mrs. Antonia hadn't taken her bath, so she rushed into her room for a quick bath. She put on traditional clothes and applied a little makeup to her face.

She stepped out wearing an orange top with a brown wrapper wrapped around her waist. She paired it with black shoes and applied makeup to her face, along with a little red lipstick.

Remy got out of his car and looked around Lerisa's family home. He arrived with two of his uncles, his father's elder brother, and younger brother too.

Mr. Fred Jonah stepped out of the house to welcome them. He greeted Remy's uncles and ushered them into his house.
