CHAPTER 13

After a week of preparation ay itinakda ang araw ng kasal ni Jera at Christian.

Pinagmasdan ni Jera ang sarili sa salamin. She only turned eighteen and the next thing she knew she is a bride. She did not really expect this to happen. Oh well, she fantasized to be Christian's bride but not this fast. Not in this kind of circumstamces. She wanted Christian to marry her because he loves her not because their parents obliged him to do so. A tear fell from her eye. What will happen to her now? Will Christian treat her like a wife? Will he learn to love her? He was mad at her. Ang masakit pa, hindi lang ito basta galit. He hated her. And it broke her heart. But what can she do? Magsabi man siya na walang nangyari sa kanila ay hindi maniniwala ang kanilang pamilya. They were both naked and shared the same bed. Arvee saw it with his own eyes.

Dahil sa pag-iisip ay hindi niya namalayan na nasa tabi na pala niya ang ina.
