Chapter 59 - Some Like to Use the Fingers

The dream started off as a simple scene where the twin healers Lady Tara and Lady Sierra taught me how to heal using the energy in my hand. I was a simple human, with clearly no magic within me, but my palm felt warm and a neon yellow glow emitted as I brought them together close to an almost lifeless half-humanoid, half-wolf creature—a lycan as per the twins—with fur the blackest of black. It was lying on the ground with its head pillowed by dried leaves, so frail looking despite how monstrous it appeared.
