My brows furrowed at the black rectangular device that had a lot of buttons on it. I knew from the moment I laid my eyes on it that this was a device but I didn't know what kind of device it was.

I was about to grab this thing when all of a sudden, the door opened, forcing me to hurriedly close the drawer.
