Episode 43 Twisted Ties

“What happened?” Mishka looked puzzled.

“It was raining hard three days back?” Christian raised an eyebrow but Mishka appeared clueless. “You took a taxi but didn’t reach home and when I tried to search you, I found you drenched in rain and you fell unconscious on the road.”

Mishka laughed, “What rubbish?? I went to my office. I had a client…. meeting….” She trailed off as she failed to recall the event. She blinked her eyes several times, feeling completely disoriented as if something was wiped out of her memory.

“Chill,” Christian smacked her arm.

“Oww,” She rubbed her arm.

“I guess you just love fainting on me,” He laughed, “Charms, you know!”

“You wish!” She rolled her eyes.

“Anyway, I’ll send the doctors in.” Christian turned to leave.

“At least, tell me what’s wrong with me!!!” She shouted at his retreating back.
