“where is she?." I asked Kylee as she was returning from the bathroom.

“Gabriel... She's not in the bathroom."

I heard my name being called on stage and people were already giving me a standing ovation.

“I'm sure she's in the party somewhere, please go up. I'll find her." Kylee said with a reassuring smile that told me that she was worried.

I was reluctant to leave but there were hundreds of people waiting for me.

I left the seat and went on stage. I said a few things. I could not keep my mind off Cristela's disappearance, not after Lora had showed up.

I left the stage quickly to find the seat empty. I looked around searching for Kylee.

“Mr Gabriel, thank you for coming." Ryan said smiling widely.

“Have you seen Blue... She's supposed to be with Cristela."

“You know how Blue is, constantly wandering off." Ryan said, bemused.

I shut my eyes and when I opened them again, I saw Kylee running towards me.

“The security guards saw them walking towards the parking lot." Kylee said breathles
