Chapter 50

Liam was in his mansion, watching the television. He was still excited about the dinner he had with Emma and couldn't go to sleep after she left.

“Emma,” Liam muttered her name, he wasn't even paying attention to the show displayed on the television.

He was just recalling the moments he spent with her. He wasn't able to give a nice candlelight dinner with perfect decorations, but she loved everything that he did.

They ate the food that was brought a few minutes before she came. After eating, they danced to the music that she played on her phone. Liam was quite embarrassed that he didn't have any romantic songs on his phone.

“That was quite mortifying.” He chuckled as he recalled that part of the date.

After they danced, they sat down and began talking. Liam got to learn a little about Emma's childhood, and it didn't seem pleasant. At one point, she didn't want to talk about the past anymore, so Liam changed the topic, and they began talking about their favorite things.
