Chapter 120 Garrick

I groan as I sit up and put my feet on the ground. I run my hands through my hair then look around my destroyed bedroom.

My wolf still won't talk to me. Not since the day he left me stranded at the far end of our territory, naked and alone.

He's receded so far in the back of my head. It's like he's in a locked room and I can't reach him.

I can't talk to him, he won't answer me and I can't even shift.

I rub my chest, it aches and my heart hurts worse each day. Almost every moment I'm away from him it seems like it gets worse.

I look at the clock and realize how late it is. I took a nap around noon and it's already almost dinner time.

I might as well clean up before I head down to grab something to eat.

I get up and walk toward the bathroom but only make it halfway when I suddenly dropped to the floor as I clutch my chest and scream.
