Chapter 164 Maddox

Maddox's POV

My goddess, I can't believe how fast everything went south at the new pack house. No one definitely expected that to happen.

I mean we expected the scent to be strong, but not until the night before the full moon at the earliest.

That's when we planned to have both pack houses locked down and secured with guards surrounding each packhouse.

They are currently in the process of securing the main packhouse. As soon as we heard what was going on at the other house, they began the process of locking the main house down.

I'm thankful the wing for the Alpha, and the wing for the Alpha's family has a door on each end of the hall. You can't get in unless you know the code. Only the alpha family, beta and 3rd in command know the code.

Those doors have been closed for security reasons since the three packs moved in. Not that we don't trust them necessarily, but you never know. Every pack always has at least one or two bad seeds. And you don't know who they are until something goes w
