Chapter 47

Maddox's POV

I laid there crying with my head buried in Finn's neck after he rolled me over.

He laid on top of me shielding my body from everyone.

"I'm so sorry, I felt you... I heard you, You were so loud.

He said while crying.

I was so scared Maddox, we got hear as fast as we could!"

He said as held onto me tighter while we both cried.

We laid there for a moment with him holding me and my head buried in his neck.

I heard the commotion going on around us still and the sound of Addison still chanting as she walked past us.

The sounds of growls and snarls could be heard.

The cries and screams of those men who were trying to hurt me could be heard as their cries became gurgly before they died out.

Here let me pick him up I heard my father say. Finn slowly got off of me then my father laid a blanket on me before picking me up.

Has he picked me up? I caught a quick glance at the scene behind me and seen there were even more men coming than was here originally.
