Give him a piece of her mind

The next morning, the buzzing sound of an alarm clock filled the room, disturbing Lucia's sleep. Frustrated she sighed deeply and she opened her eyes slowly. She extended her hands slowly, towards the clock in a bid to turn it off. Instead, she touched her phone and mistakenly pushed the Alarm clock to the floor. Lucia stood up immediately to check the clock.

"Oh no! no..no no." She said, gathering the shattered pieced clock from the floor.

"Argh, it's going to be a bad day today." She cursed. The clock is her favorite, she loved it because it was gifted to her by her grandmother while she was in London.

Lucia heard the continuous notification pop up on her phone and she sluggishly took the phone from the bed and checked it.

It was her email again, these days, she receives random emails from websites she uses and it frustrated her. since they weren't what she was looking for, Lucia kept the phone and focus on repairing the clock.
