Violen POV

Just like Lesley said, she wanted to help me find out Daren's true feelings for me. I know this sounds childish. I just want certainty. Sometimes Daren treats me special. Sometimes she gives me genuine attention.

Lesley and I asked Daren to come to my apartment to watch a streaming movie. This idea sounds terrible, but at that time, Daren came to my apartment. There is a feeling of relief for me but also mixed with a flutter in my heart.

"I thought you wouldn't come," I said

"I'm interested in watching and brought this," said Daren on the pizza he was carrying. I could not hold back my taste when I saw that pizza. Ah, I will fail the diet again.

"Yeah, Violen thought you were busy," continued Lesley

"No, I'm also bored at home. So what movie are we going to watch today?" Daren asked enthusiastically

"This is a horror film."

"Oh my God, I hate horror movies," complained Daren.

"But this is the best, and you have to watch. It's not scary, by the way," said Lesley
