Chapter 20

My wound no longer hurts badly. My throat is dry and my eye's felt as if they were closed for years. I looked around my surroundings where I notice two grey eyes staring down at me.

"Hey sleeping beauty your BP is finally normal and you will be released today." Micah sat at the side of my bed and inform me.

"Can I have some water?" He quickly got it from the bedside table and help me to drink it.

Afterwards I spoke. "How long have I been unconscious?"

"Four days." This is unbelievable.

"Was I dreaming or did I really get shot, lose my baby and have your brother break up with me?"

Micah sighed and brush his hair back which flopped right back in his face. "He's the biggest asshole, you should know that. Don't think too much on that, everything will be fine and unlike Ace I keep my promises."

I was now calm and I believe Micah words. I try not to get upset over the facts after all I don't want to go in another coma for longer than four days.
