For the billionth time today, I'm questioning where life has taken me. I'm riding on a giant wolf, holding on to Samael's waist as if my life depended on it while we jump over rocks and twigs.

Laughter is erupting from the most profound reach of my stomach—I don't think I've laughed this much in, well, ever!

"Don't laugh too much, or you might fall off!"

Samael's words are a warning, yet I can pick up the amusement in his velvety voice. He is a good teacher who likes to hear his students have fun—I admire that.

Smiling to myself, I glance ahead, noticing how Samael is tightening the reins to prevent Blake from throwing us off his back. It makes me laugh even louder.

Never in my entire life did I think I would get to ride an alpha wolf in the company of a hot, sexy teacher, who I might squeeze tighter than necessary—it's Samael's fault for smelling like delicious sandalwood!
