“Lacey!?” Rex stammered seeing her come up next to him.

“Don’t look so stupid…” Lacey started off, blushing so much her face felt red hot, she was worried that she might burn off the makeup her sister had helped put on, but before she could finish her berating of Rex, Emperor Rector cleared his throat, reminding them everyone was now watching their exchange, the moment the emperor did so, Lacey changed her tone straight away, bowing her head and added in a sweet tone, “My prince.”
