That man is Alexa's ex-boyfriend Hazel who was caught having an affair with another woman. He didn't even acknowledge Alexa as his girlfriend when he was caught cheating. Michael beside her felt emotional at the accusation but Alexa coded it so she wouldn't be taken in by Hazel.
