He went to page 400 where Seareign’s story started.
Some boring history of Seareign started it. Elliot skipped through the pages, looking for anything useful. He was a speedy reader. Lexa saw how fast his eyes moved along the lines of the sentences.
Lexa’s eyes caught a page. It had the picture of a seawater gate. Elliot didn’t notice it and was about to flip away but she stopped him.
She took the book and went a few pages back. “Look, this page is talking about Seareign’s gate.”
Elliot smiled at Lexa before looking down to the pages.
<The gate of Seareign is made of the molded tears of mermaids that lost their lives in the battle with the black Kraken. It took three mermalian years and it was sculptured by the best crafters of Seareign.
The gate has no weaknesses. It forms a great unending barrier at the lengths that the gate does not reach.

Elliot's POV Lot slowly circled Liam, with the tongue in his hand, waiting for the first strike from him. Lot always did that. Liam was also playing safe and waiting for me to act. Since demons weren't nearly as patient as angels, especially not Lot, he attacked. Lot sped and pounced on Liam. His mouth watered as he tried to use the weapon to remove Liam's eyeballs but Liam used his strength to push him backward as he jumped back on his feet. Liam ran to Lot as two swords magically appeared in his hands. He pierced the swords through Lot's skin. Since Lot had no emotions he could not feel the pain but I was. I could feel my heart pumping out of my chest and my ribcage breaking. Lot grabbed the swords from the sharp sides and broke them. I looked at my hands as blood spilled from them.
