“Let’s go back to the mansion!”
I continued to stand there, pointing the gun at him.
“Are you going to shoot, Karen?” He asked.
“Why not shoot?”
“You are not a murderer.”
“Alaric’s blood runs through my veins.”
“But, you’re not him, you don’t know what you’re doing pointing that gun at me.”
He was starting to tense up, the sweat running down his forehead, the way he swallowed hard and looked around.
“What I know is that you killed Anthony, I know that. And I feel hate.”
“You don’t want to kill me.”
“Ah, you can’t imagine how much I want it, Arley. You hurt me deeply.”
I hear more voices coming from inside the place, and this time it's female.
