“Fine, if you want. I’d love to undress you, Luz” she says.

I closed my eyes, and hugged my body, feeling discomfort in my breasts. Inside the closet, I thought about saying a silent prayer to get rid of this desire, and especially Atlas, while taking off my nightgown.

The idea that came to me was to close the door and be safe. However, my slowness made the idea impossible to happen.

“Atlas, I’m not ready!” I say nervously, my lips tremble, and my legs wobble at his approach. “We don’t even know each other to do this, please respect my decision.”

“I wanted to respect your decision, Luz, as you wanted. But I can not. I'm afraid that next time I won't have as much patience as I do now,” she says, holding my hands, joining them with hers. “I’m not going to hurt you, no more than is inevitable.”

"I am scared."
