Chapter 92: Inconvenience

Weeks progressed, and the plan was already underway.

Phylian contacted the architect who designed their mall and asked him to design a beach house for Phyllis. Their grandmother's initial design was on the modern side, with warm timber details. Phyllis just tweaked a few details, like adding a cantilever and an infinity pool.

On the 52nd floor of the YJL building in Dixon City, Phyllis, and Zacharias came for a meeting with the architect in charge of the project.

Phyllis flipped through the project plan. On the first page, the exterior perspective was beautifully designed. Sitting on top of the cliff is the four-bedroom beach house that they planned to build. The view of the white-sand beach can be seen from the house itself and from the infinity pool under the cantilever. The cold and sturdy concrete slabs were designed with warm timber. To make access to the beach easier, floating concrete steps were added.

She was satisfied with how everything turned out, from the floor pla
