Meanwhile, inside the meeting room, a heavy discussion was going on between Ethan and the board members. Ethan casually sat on his chair while he flipped the pen in his hand and listened carefully to whatever that was being said by the board members. Aviana, on the other hand, took minutes of the meeting, as it was her responsibility while still paying attention to their discussion.

After a while, Ethan sat up straight on his chair, changing from his earlier posture, maybe because he had grown tired after sitting in the same position for an hour and more. He leaned forward and placed his arms on the table.

He said indifferently, "Building a hotel? I do not think that's a good idea. You can do better than that, of course. Have you considered the many hotels we have in the city, have you thought about the competition that we are likely to face? What about the benefits the company would get from this project, if there would be any, the risks and all? It's a NO, for me. I need you to co
